Default Relocating from South Jersey

I just received an offer to transfer down to our companys office in Greenville. I live in south jersey. Around an hour from AC and 30 mins from philly. Im really looking into the move because I would like to live somewhere a little less congested. I saw the area travelers rest and found a few homes I liked there. I mapped it out and saw it was about 20mins from downtown and thatís a good distance I believe. So really the main things Im looking for is a nice size backyard with some walk able areas. Either to shops or trails. Any suggestions?
Were 28 & 29 years old with no kids and dont plan on having any but still would like a good sized house and a good neighborhood. This will be our first house and moving so far away from our families, I want to make a good choice.

Thanks for your help

There are lots of great areas/neighborhoods in the area. Living downtown would put you close to restaurants, arts venues, parks, etc. Living off Augusta St south of Church St/Mills Ave would put you in walking distance to restaurants & some shopping. Otherwise, try to locate homes in areas adjacent to the Swamp Rabbit Trail http://greenvillerec.com/parks/swamprabbit/maps/. Good luck!

Greenville msa, backdoor to Simpsonville, and a short ride up 385 to Greenville. There maybe more reason to live there than Anderson.

Default Home in Simpsonville

Simpsonville is one of the most desirable areas around Greenville...YEs, we do happen to have nice home for sale in a less congested part of Simpsonville..We love it! and building on a farm near by. Gotta have the horses. Our back door neighbors are from NJ! Check out neely Farm even if you don;t check us out...Large pool...very nice club house...trails, creek, pond, playground, soccer/dog playground...beautiful landscaping and not too pricey!
