Contact Collett or Menin and ask them.

I agree. Much of Regal Cinemas parking will be taken out when they start on the portion beside and in front of the cinema which will include D&B. It seems like they will need to address the parking issue first before they dig up the cinema parking. I believe a parking deck was planned close to Hollywood 20 and D&B and the rest of the village of shops planned in front of the theater.

Does Menin technically own that property now where the Old Navy and Bed,Bath&Beyond strip center exists? Seems to me it was owned at one point by a company in California and I have always thought it was separately owned from the old mall property. Its funny they show those stores on their renderings on the Magnolia website as if its part of Magnolia Park but I am not sure if it is.

Menin does not own that portion of the site or Costco.

You're better off contacting Collett: Collett : Property Listings in Greenville, SC : Magnolia Park Emails on left side of page. Menin isn't very good when it comes to answering email questions.
