Woodruff Road, is it the most traveled street in Greenville still?

I know it's definitely got the majority of businesses for any strip in Greenville

Actually, it's one of the lesser traveled roads. Laurens Road and Wade Hampton Blvd. get more cars per day than Woodruff Road if I recall correctly. The reason Woodruff Road looks like it gets more is because it lacks connector roads. That's also why traffic is so terrible along it.

Connector roads is a plus. Here in Oconee, there's one road that leads through 4 or 5 towns, all the way to Seneca anyway.

oh, was Woodruff the most traveled by something like a per mileage rate or something? I thought there was an article about it being the most traveled and they were saying something about expansion due?

are they planning to expand it in near future still? it's the one thing i've yet to dig up any info on

Hello, if you have any kind of technical aptitude, you should find it rather easy to locate anything you want regarding the plans for future work in Greenville. Greenville does a stellar job of providing access to master plans and feasibility studies for specific neighborhoods. This one might interest you (http://www.greatergreenville.com/engineering/divisions/traffic/WoodruffRoadStudy.asp - broken link). It has been on the front page of the City's official website for quite awhile now.
