Holmes was the one I went to a few times when I worked nearby, it was always packed out during lunch, long line out the door.

Being open only for lunch can limit business for Holmes.

Lyman has needed a Greek/Italian restaurant for awhile. Santorini will be a good addition and will create competition with Olive Tree in Duncan.

Pizza Hut did well at this location until leaving in late 2010/early 2011. I know Pepperoni Express does some business, but it does not hurt to enjoy stuff crust pizza in Lyman.
