Many new businesses are popping up in Boiling Springs which is really great for the residents there. They have lots of choices of restaurants, supermarkets and discount stores. We only have one supermarket in Inman. Route 176 which runs through Inman is a pretty busy strip of highway. I would like to see more choices of supermarkets (definitely an Aldi and/or Lidl) and some new restaurants, etc. please seriously consider building Inman up with more shopping choices! We need them here too! Please don’t overlook us!
Note: Supermarket Publix will be constructing and opening a store on Highway 9 at Bible Church Road in Boiling Springs. The new store is projected to open in 2023.
Inman could use another supermarket. Food Lion is the only supermarket in the City of Inman. If customers want to shop elsewhere, they could travel to Boiling Springs, Landrum, Lyman, and Spartanburg.
Limited assortment/discount grocer Save-A-Lot failed and closed years ago. Competitors Aldi and Lidl could make a go. Are either participant ready for Inman?
Is Inman seeing accelerated residential growth to be relevant for retail growth?
