If you exited I-85 at Augusta Road and headed a couple blocks toward Greenville, you would see a blighted area and turn around. Had you driven just a few blocks more, you would run into the beautiful area of Greenville known for expensive homes and one of the best country club/golf courses in America. In fact, an area called P Hill (rough area, all the streets start with a "p") is adjacent to million dollar homes. My point is that you have to drive around a lot to get a feel for a neighborhood. There are some nice neighborhoods and good people in Sans Souci and Berea. Everyone cannot leave in expensive homes.
