This road is getting crowded. It's time to put some of this stuff on Georgia or Harrison Bridge roads. Took a while to get from Chic fil-a to the 385 on ramp.

I know, but it's pretty crowded at regular rush too.

There are plenty of opportunities on West Georgia for businesses but getting someone to pull the trigger is hard. Another problem is the price per acre some folks have put on the land. Another problem is there is no sewer from Food Lion to the new medical center just past E. Standing Springs.
It will come.

Hi,
since you are a real estate agent.
We live on West Georgia Road in a subdivision across the street from the Greenville Tech campus. Do you think it would have a positive impact on our home value if they started building more businesses on West Georgia?
I know there is land for sale already for commercial use.

Growth on West Georgia Road, and SC-417 east of Simpsonville also, will occur in time. Businesses would like to locate in those sectors when opportunities are ripe and will allow them to proceed.

I think this is a given. Right now I hear from clients that homes on W. Georgia are too far away from Banks, Stores and Resturants for them to be interested. With that said, they are still building homes out that way.

No kidding. Houses in our neighborhood are popping up like mushrooms.

Was just on Fairview this afternoon 2 days before Christmas, and there wasn't any traffic. Stop crying.

Just left there, actually it is. Most parking lots are full for last minute shoppers.
