Smile Visiting next week!

My husband and I will be visiting Greenville for the 1st time next week. We'll be there from Wednesday thru Saturday. Any must see's for our 1st vist?
Also, we'll be visiting Redemptin World Outreach Center for Wednesday night service. Has anyone attended their services or a member there? I'm interested in different opinions even though there's nothing like a first hand experience.

isn't redemption that place Barak Obama visited? I wish I had been in town when he was here, oh and I haven't really visited too many churches here yet, I went to Marathon, it was nice, but I don't think i'm really into that whole giant church thing(although it is nice to have free coffee and doughnuts)

P.S. I hope you enjoy your visit, you just missed a huge festival last weekend, but there's always plenty to do in my experience

A lot of people like Redemption...personally, I don't take too kindly to the fact the guy calls himself an Apostle. Just my opinion, and I haven't been to church since last Easter so what do I know.

Anyways, I'm sure you have already decided to visit downtown. Obviously a must! There are plenty of great restaurants, you should definitely check out Falls Park...

If you just want to check other things out and see what's around town drive down Haywood Road, Wade Hampton Blvd, Woodruff Rd, Pleasantburg, Pelham...those will get you to the busier parts of town and shopping/restaurants.
