Seems legit to me and an excellent investment. I plan on using the monies I receive from my new found friend in Nigeria who will soon be mailing me $2,000,000,000.
I think electric is key. Its the one thing that most obviously points to a fib. If its electric bikes I'll be sorely disappointed but it makes sense. Another guess, though outlandish, could be something to do with an electric car manufacturer. Whatever it is it's electric and not a plane.
