The commercial property across the street from Rez Church and next to Greer Athletic Club on N. Main has been sold and has markers on it; not sure what it's going to be though.

More Taylors but the old KFC at Vance Drive and Wade Hampton has been cleared. Any ideas or is this a KFC rebuild?
Also the steel frame for the Starbucks at Hampton Village is up. Looks to me there is enough room for more than Starbucks in that new building.

More tenants are planned to join that Starbucks. I wonder if Mattress Firm would like to open several stores there. |
