I wonder what will be done with the small parcel with the house that's between the QT and the (previous) gun store. It's owned by, who other, Leon Hix, who owns the properties behind QT as well.

That site doesn't look big enough for a Lidl based on their other locations and my untrained eye. Would be nice if you were right but what a pain it will be to get out of there and try going to the left towards Buncombe!

I have not heard anything in regards to limited assortment/discount grocer Lidl considering a store in Greer.
I've seen the contracts for Lidl.
They are looking at 6 acres in total. No deal is in place as of yet so like i said it's in negotiation phases.

Sounds like the lot on WH would be an access drive between the gun store (rumored to become a restaurant as part of Piedmont Marketplace) and QT leading back to the rumored Lidl. I think this would have to include the Tire and Auto store on N Buncome to get to the needed 6 acres.
