Pelican's SnoBalls coming to the old GSP auto sales location on S. Buncombe in Greer.

Pelican's SnoBalls – Original New Orleans Shaved Ice

With such enticing flavors such as egg custard and toothpaste. Yum.

So, it seems the property in N. Buncombe that I'd hoped a Publix would go there, appears to have been purchased by Bowes Properties, which seems to be the owner of Southern Growl in Greer. Now to wait and see what, if anything, will be done with that property.

I heard Southern Growl is going behind the gas station. They are moving their location there so they can open their own brewery since they are only a micro pub as of now.

The location at 155 North Buncombe Road, Greer, South Carolina 29651-1631, is suited better for a brewery.

I said the same thing to the BF and wondered if that's what they' were going to do. I think that would go well there but I would have rather had a Publix.

This isn't retail but didn't want to start a new thread...

Came home from a trip and noticed Xmas decorations up on some of the new street lights. It's Christmas in July everyone, time to shop!

The way this year is flying they might as well leave them up, holidays will be here sooner than you think.

I hope they update this lights to go with the update lighting!!!

Publix would do well with a store in Greer. If it has been seeking a location along West Wade Hampton Boulevard, there are not many sites remaining.
