Went to the Albino Skunk Festival for a day of relaxation with friends, listen to some good music. Was not disappointed. Thank you Glenn Zigler for all the hard work and putting this on. One of the best ever. Lake Street Dive was the bomb. Thanks

We also went (and camped out with our young daughter). Very family friendly with tons of stuff for the kids (playground equipment, crafts, kid's shows, etc.)

We'll be back in the fall--only 30 minutes from downtown, but you'd never know it.

how kid friendly is it? It's like 10 minutes from my home and I would love to have gone but was wondering about kids (I have a 4 and 2 yo. They love music but attention span might wander... )

Default kid friendly

It would be like attending an outdoor concert with a nearby playground. There are kids shows and crafts (which a 4 y.o. would like, but might be too structured for a 2 y.o.). We felt completely comfortable letting our 5 y.o. run around with her friend unsupervised for 5-10 minutes at a time. The play area is visible from the music seating and pretty well contained.
