Until you have been in the restaurant business you have no idea just how hard of a business it is to be in. I've read around 25% of new restaurants don't make it beyond their first year, and if they do, many of them will fail within the next few years, and usually with great cost.
Gosh knows, Woodruff Rd sure isn't lacking restaurants. With more scheduled to be built, it seems you better offer a place where people will want to come time and time again, otherwise the same fate as MB, and many other before it, will happen.
Makes me wonder...just how many restaurants are there currently on the stretch of Woodruff Rd between Roper Mountain and Hwy 14, which is 3.7 miles? I bet it would be mind-boggling to know.

Did a quick count using Google... got around 89 restaurants/places you can get food. I'm sure the number is a little bit lower since some may have closed.
I'm thinking it might be this: Home Page - Twisted Kitchen
They have one other located in Marietta GA. They serve pastas, noodles and wraps. Can anyone confirm?

Can't tell - the local name is a bit different, based on the help wanted ad fragment still on the search engines:
Quote:
Del's Twisted Kitchen, a new casual restaurant, opening on May 15th on Woodruff Road in Greenville is now hiring full and part time experienced line cooks to...
And there's a good possibility that the MetroBurger owner has rebranded the location.

Honestly, I thought the number would be higher.
