Any real estate agents or locals know of any good neighborhoods between Anderson and Clemson/Pendleton? (Greenville: for sale)

Please don't suggest Powdersville n'hoods. Being close to Greenville downtown isn't my priority.

I probably prefer not to live in Clemson proper given my relative old age of 35 compared to the college students, but open to suggestions there as well. Ok with being zoned for Pendleton High school and feeder schools. I am assuming some nice subdivisions in the area with Michelin, Clemson research facility , Milliken located on 76 / Clemson Blvd between Anderson and Clemson.

I probably want to be as close to Anderson as possible along that stretch because I dine out a lot and plus I plan to go to the nice YMCA over there.

Well I saw one home in there for sale and it didn't look that great. Maybe they have a variety in there though.

I am thinking it will be better to be closer to Anderson or closer to Pendleton/Clemson than right in the middle b/c that is going to increase amount of time I am driving places.

I like the area around Lindale Road and that like Cater's Lake off 81 in Anderson.

There is also an older n'hood almost right behind TriCounty tech that looks nice with lots of trees.
