I can't figure it out. What are they building across the road from the golf course practice driving range? What is a 'Future Skills Area"?

It kind of looks like it could be a mini golf course. Just curious what it actually is...

I would guess it's a "skills area" planned for the "future". "Skills area" is just a fancy-sounding name for a larger practice facility.

A quick search of their website confirmed this. It's like a mini-par-3 course with 5 greens. Looks like they're revamping their practice facilities.

Thanks for the info FlopShotter. When passing by the site, I thought it had to be a putting green because of the proximity to the road. It looks like that one green is pretty close and that someone would undoubtedly hit a passing car but maybe I wasn't seeing the layout correctly.
