If it's still for sale here in the Greenville area after 4 months, there must be something wrong with it then. My parents moved last year from the eastside of Greenville to Powdersville and sold their house within 2 weeks.

Nothing is wrong with my house. It's great, only 5 years old. We have interviewed several realtors, who feels it's priced right. We just switched realtors 2 weeks ago, because we did feel like the previous realtor was not doing enough advertising. I have put pics here, and everyone says it looks great, and is staged very well. We just have to wait for the right buyer. There is just so much competition out there now, with few buyers. Last years real estate market , even the springs, is much different now.

I know that I did have a problem with that, too. Then I remembered that you are still but a child living with your parents, and I blew it off as mere immaturity.
I've seen some gorgeous homes on the market for much longer than 4 months. It's a buyers' market, but many buyers need to sell before they can make an offer on something new. And there is the problem. Also, there are more homes in this country than there are people who need one. Yet, we still see builders trying to put in these new developments - with all the horrible environmental impacts they have. And people seem to see that as progress?
Buy an old house, people. At least buy new houses built in areas that were already developed - not where trees and the accompanying layers of topsoil were just scraped off to put up a bunch of tract homes. Your grandchildren will thank you.
