Default Biltmore Park in Asheville... anything similar in Greenville?

you know that area of asheville off of I26, where if you get off on the long shoals exit and head toward those biltmore subdivisions there? those houses that are on top of the hills there with the new construction, but they look like they are from an older style. not the real big houses in that area, but the smaller ones (maybe in the 250k range)... anything like that in greenville out of curiosity?

Check out Griffin Park. It is a new neighborhood built in that style.

There is also Verdae, but it has been slower in getting developed. Another similar community, without the retail element, is Carilion. I used to live in Avalon Park when I lived down in Orlando...

Acadia all the way! I just drove throught that neighborhood again today and must say it is very, very, very impressive! While it doesn't have the large office space that Biltmore Park has, it will have an adorable village with shops and offices. Just across the river is The River Reserve, another nice neighborhood with beautiful custom homes.

Griffin Park IMO is the best. Acadia isn't bad either. Verdae is the closest to shopping and eating.
