Some ideas for neighborhoods
My wife and I are coming down in March to look at the area. She used to live there (right near the Bonnie Brae Golf Course), but she can't quite remember the layout of the area. So I'm here to get some feedback from the locals.
I really want to be near the downtown area. I wouldn't even mind living in the city proper. We have two kids, so the first consideration is going to be schools and the "kid friendliness" of the neighborhood, above my wanting to be close to the downtown. So before I come down there, I just wanted to see what people in the know had to say about the different areas of the city.
