There is a peach orchard along highway 101 in Greer that appears to be in the process of being removed. All the peach trees have been pulled up.

Anyone know what's going on?

It could be one of a couple things.

1) Peach trees have a pretty short life, at least as far as production goes. They might be getting ready to re-plant.

2) It might be a new subdivision going in. Being from FL, I'm used to seeing citrus groves disappearing, being replaced with homes, homes, homes.
