Hey all, so I've done a bit of searching with a little luck but figured I would ask here as well. I was looking for some apartments that maybe aren't so 'normal'. When I travel to other cities it seems like most apartments I see have a lot more character than the ones in Greenville. I did live at Mills Mill for a bit and it was great but trying to spend a little less for now(<900 1br/studio) Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm open to Greenville along 385/85 to Pelham or down towards Simpsonville. As long as it has pretty quick access to 385 or 85.
What's bothering me the most is parking lot view grrrr. Had a look at some apartments on Roper Mt Rd, but actually liked one in Greer the best, Legacy Cresent Park, only problem it's close to railroad tracks, so it's a bit noisy So also still looking.
Thanks, I have obviously used that site quite a bit but unfortunately it doesn't have a filter for "character" or "different than majority of apartments". I'm trying to go by these things called referrals or word of mouth. Being that there are probably 100s of apartments and maybe some upcoming ones that aren't even on there, I was going for something that people may know off the top of their head. If you don't contain that information that is fine but linking me to a search engine is not useful, thanks anyway.
Anything unique will probably be close to downtown Greenville. I'd look there. Not sure about getting a low price there though.
