It seems were in somewhat of a boom for midrises downtown. Currently there are just a couple of cranes, as these other projects are just starting, and are still working the ground. I wonder how many cranes we'll see at once? Exciting time for our small growing city.

You probably won't see too many tower cranes as one (Aloft) will be coming down before another one (Camperdown) goes up.

What about the apartments at the corner of River and Rhett? These other projects that are just starting?

Do you think that cranes reflect the top end of an economic cycle? I heard that a long time ago while in Galway, Ireland. The skyline was covered with them. A year later Ireland was busted and the Celtic Tiger was dead.

River and Rhett probably won't have a crane at all. It's too short. 400 Rhett didn't have one.
