Both locations seem great for outlet malls. I think Clinton is the better location because you are drawing customers from Greenville, Spartanburg and Columbia via Interstates 26 and 385 and from Greenwood via South Carolina 72.

I'm just saying a Tanger outlet would great for Cliinton SC or close to Greenville SC

It would indeed be nice to have one just a bit closer. But a new Tanger/Simon outlet center opens this summer in Charlotte.
