Getting in and out at Cherrydale Point with two signalized intersections is much better than the Shoppes at Greenridge.

I don't think Greenville needs a new shopping center. Greenville needs to fix up the access roads to the shopping centers it has.

How about reclaim shopping centers where major retailers once operated and high vacancy exists? I know 640 and 642 Sulphur Springs Road in Greenville come to mind with Kmart and both Winn Dixie stores vacant.

The UpSate of SC would great for the SC Shopping place, roads do need to fix here in the area, also the old Kmart , here In, Berea SC i would like to see a , Publx, and tear the old win Dixe, and put a nice pizza hut there

Can you specify where across upstate South Carolina such a shopping center would succeed? I am aware Greer and northeastern Anderson County are good locations.

Are they still planning on stripping the area next to the movie theatre in Simpsonville where the old Chevy dealership is? The roads are small but with 2 access roads it might do very well.
