Bwahaha!

Awesome.

Can I get permission to print this and present to my neighbor? SO much nicer than mulch!

Might need to add a stage for Pantera to play.

There may be some parking and traffic flow issues to work out...

It's not downtown. It would have to go to the planning commission or board of zoning appeals instead.

You and your neighbor could profit if you use that space for a Pay Day Cash or Title Loan joint. Interest rates of 300%, you don't need a restaurant or Wally World when both of you can be rich beyond your wildest dreams.

As I stated in a previous post that was inextricably deleted by our resident mod; the poster that everyone is mocking, is a "special" poster, if y'all catch my drift. Let's try to be a little kinder and more compassionate.
