I was going out to take the trash and noticed this no-man's-land place does anybody know if my neighbor will just go ahead and clean it up? I'd like to see gravel or mulch or brick.

Maybe they will build a fast food place there.

Where is the property line? Maybe you can talk with the neighbor and go in on it instead of wish about it.

If it's no man's land, why is it your neighbor's responsibility? Why can't it be yours?

Sweet.

I'd like to see a Chiptle, pantera, or Jamie's deli.

I don't know. It looks like a lot of work and expense.

I'll just wait and see if the neighbor does something I think he's afraid of snakes I'll just mention that I saw one there maybe he will clean it all up.

I'd just mention something to him and maybe offer to pay for half of someone coming in to clear it up. My lawn guy could do it for probably $40 or less. He cuts my huge yard for that.
