Anybody else notice all of the lines and flags on the side of the road on the portion of Bennett's Bridge Road close to Woodruff Road? In your experience what would that mean?

Greenville water had a few vehicles at that intersection last Friday. Don't know if they are doing the work or just marking lines for other work. There has also been utility work along Roper Mtn near SC 14.

It doesn't have to be utility work, but any kind of ground disturbance would need to get the utilities marked.

You might be able to call 811 and do a reverse look up. Although they normally want a ticket number to look up the location.
