You think outside the box, and I like that. Some of your ideas - if not many - have real merit. If even half of them were to come true, Greenville could be the better for it.

A popeyes would be great for Moonville, along with a walmart(yes even with one only 5 minutes away). The big holdup for Moonville is the southern connector still charging money for fees which is stunting the growth of this area.On another note the southern connector should be routed/ extended to hwy 101 and this way most hwy traffic would bypass the congested areas all together kinda like 85 does in Spartanburg

It would be a wise idea to install a traffic signal at White Horse Road and Berea Drive to help with increased traffic.
btw,the ingles in Moonville is disgusting and terrible and should be a new one built. It`s only 1 mile from my house and I have to travel to the one in Powdersville to get anything decent

so many areas in Moonville to expand for restaurants, this place is a mad house at lunch time with all the business parks and new businesses opening up. Huge amounts of land still available beside ESB,etc. Lots of new subdivisions being built now. These restaurants need to plan now. QT just put sign up yesterday but we need popeyes, dollar tree, bi-lo,krispy kreme, taco casa, del taco,chick-fil-a,moes,firehouse,Chipotle,Zaxbys,even a cheaper workout center(the one here is crazy$$$$)and yes even a Lowes as we have to travel far for home supplies.

BI-LO was going to open a store in Moonville 15 years ago. It abandoned those plans. As BI-LO supermarkets continue to close, I do not expect new stores to open.

I think Powdersville is ready for another supermarket in Publix and/or Harris Teeter.
