I haven't looked through the entire thread, you might have already suggested it, but I would think a nice shopping area near the Hwy 81/I-85 interchange in N. Anderson County would be a slam dunk. What say you?

I am not sure Honea Path is quite ready for such a large Simon mall and such a major influx of retail establishments. As they are now working to get Haywood renovated. But I do like many of those suggestions. And I do think a better mall in Anderson is definitely needed.
