When you see Wrangler, you should be thinking about the Cowboy Cut jeans, not the cheap designer knockoffs at Walmart.
There is a VF Outlet at Concord Mills and Tanger Center in Commerce, Ga. But would be nice to have at Gaffney Outlet or even Magnolia Center in Greenville.

Safeway is in the process of being acquired by Albertson's. I do not think it will be in growth mode in the southeastern United States anytime soon.

I do not see Albertson's expanding in the southeastern United States also. It did not do well in Florida, and it sold its stores to Publix.

Default 1900 Old Buncombe Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29609-4368

Bi-Lo #544 closed over 11 years ago. It was a low performing store in a trade area high in crime at the time of its closing. While the area inside and outside the Parker District seems to be rebounding, it is not at a level to welcome another supermarket.

The retail center can still function as one. It would be wise to raze it and build something like a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Not only would you restore the grocery void left by Bi-Lo, the pharmacy void would be filled by Revco's departure over 25 years ago.
