A co-worker had me convinced to join his gym. He has a $9 a month and paid no enrollment or other fees when he signed up. He had asked if I could get the same rate and was told I could probably get the same monthly rate, but since I'm not a senior I would have to $29 enrollment charge. I was happy with that, but when I tried to sign up it turned into $19/month + 49 enrollment +$20 one time fee. To be honest I probably would have thought that was pretty good if I had not already been told another price. I may still go back but this gym is not very convenient and I was only going there for the price. If anyone has any suggestions in the Greer area I'm open.
I am looking into the Anytime Fitness in Greer on WH, and I see there is also a Greer athletic club Gym Home | Greer Athletic Club / Gym near WH on Main st. The Greer club emphasized that they are a PERFORMANCE club in caps on their site - not sure what that means...
F3 is forming in Greer. They already have several groups in Greenville. It is a morning workout group, that is free and meets in a public place, like a park.
