She'll have to drive 3 hours South to downtown Charleston. They have more of the traditional dance/techno type clubs. Sometimes large areas of land near Patriots Point on the river have been used for very large dance concert events, although I heard the city got so many complaints that they don't do those anymore.

Also Charlotte and Atlanta have dance clubs and more nightlife options.

A friend at her work mentioned Cream and Croc's. Does anyone have opinions on those?

Although not a dance club, you can get your dance on at a Zumba or Jazzercise class.

Atlanta will have more options, and less weird laws about tables/bottle service than Charlotte. Charlotte requires the bottles be locked in a cage and only served by waitresses, it's ridiculous.

Perhaps in some restaurants, but the dance clubs are different. Full service bars in most night club establishments.

Well yeah - I'm talking about if you have a private table and order bottles.

Unless something changed in the years since I left, there isn't much to choose from at least on Main Street. Perhaps somebody will come up with one, but there certainly isn't a big club hopping scene in Greenville.

Hey Becky, I just asked my wife who grew up there and went to college there as well. She doesn't remember any, but is asking some friends on Facebook who still live in town and go out. If anything comes up I'll leave that for your daughter here (before I go back to my own forum lol).
