It could, but doubtful..those things just happen in Greenville and disappoint thousands!

I would imagine a crush of people in the downtown as well. We have never been to the downtown event and there will be four adults towing two young ( 8-9 ) boys. Where is the best viewing spot and where would you park your chairs? With all the buildings downtown, is your viewing blocked by the buildings? Just a lot of questions for a first timer, I know. You may want to post that question the this thread: Wells Fargo Red White and Blue

For folks who want to just see the Simpsonville fireworks show, many people park along Main Street near the park and can see the show pretty well.
