With all the problems associated with recent events at Heritage Park, I was wondering if anyone has heard of a celebration on the 4th at Heritage? In the past the Greenville Symphony played as well as a fireworks finale. Will miss this, if it does not happen.

I just checked the Heritage Park web site and what I found was shocking! Adult general admission is 58.90/person and Kids 3-12 is $38.25!! This has to be a misprint!! Really, $58 for listening to the symphony and fire works, plus $38 for the kids!! You gotta be nuts. Are they trying to make up for the debacle that was "Aloft" by charging exorbitant sums for this event?? I just don't understand this. What is happening to this venue? What a shame.

You should have read better. Those prices are for the "tent experience" where you get food and drinks aka VIP section. That is not general admission, where you have to purchase food and drinks.

Would you know the price of general admission? If you knew that the prices were for VIP, then you might know the price for general admission and share this?

With about 30,000 of your closest friends. Sure hope the fireworks is a bit better than it was in 2012.
