Under Armour looking at Greenville is interesting. It is a popular brand that would bring jobs with a new distribution center.

If it does come to the upstate maybe locations such as the inland port, abandoned office center(woodruff road at the point) that is close to 1 million sq ft, or another site in either county.

For a distribution center? What? Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. I don't see the sarcasm tags.

The logical areas in Spartanburg County wold be New Cut Road and North Blackstock Road in the Wingo community, Duncan or Falling Creek Road off Interstate 85 and South Carolina 129. FedEx is somewhere in the process of constructing its new facility off Falling Creek Road.

Wowzers. Didn't think a distribution center for UA would need 2K workers. That's good though!

Amazon in Lexington and Spartanburg only employ around 500 people, I find it pretty hard to believe that UA would need 2,000.

I've also heard that Wal Mart is looking for a distribution center (+1M SF) in Spartanburg or Greenville.
