Why don't you advocate for sidewalks and pedestrian crossings? That would do more for that road than a hundred added lanes would.

CarolinaKnight…do you not believe they are coming to this location?
I am not disbelieving The Fresh Market is coming to Woodruff Road. I reported what a representative of The Fresh Market told me.

If the lease is not finalized yet, it is likely in the process of finalization. When the lease is finalized, The Fresh Market could proceed to officially announce the new store.

The Fresh Market does not have press release confirming the new store.
It was an issue before they closed the portion of Rocky Creek Rd, between Feaster and Woodruff. The problem is now worse as that stretch of Rocky Creek Rd was essentially acting as a right turn lane for traffic turning onto Woodruff. I'm guessing there will be in uptick and cut through traffic in the Hobby Lobby parking lot during peek hours.

FIRE!

Still a nice space between Hobby Lobby and Walmart for a large anchor. Hopefully they redo the strip with Hobby lobby to match the new FM. Its not an attractive center at all.

I guess that available +/- 5.7 acres is what they are working on at the other end of the shopping center from hobby lobby. Drove by there today and saw them grading the lot.

The store is within the city of Mauldin, South Carolina, and its physical address will be in Greenville. The northwest corner of Woodruff Road and Feaster Road has been in the Mauldin city limits for some time.
