Because I'm starting a new medication that's going to increase the effectivness of my Warfarin, the nurse at the Coumadin Clinic gave me permission to have some dark leafy greens on occasion while taking it. She even said I could have a spinach salad tomorrow before I begin. I'm excited because I've been wanting one for a while now.

I used to like the Spinach Power salad at Panera, but they no longer have it. Can someone tell me a great place to go for a good Spinach salad?

Strossner's Bakery, Catering, Flowers & Gifts has spinach salad. Publix also has freshly made spinach salad in the counter in the produce department where they have the cut fruit. You can also make your own spinach salad at Jason's Deli. Soby's on the Side has Build Your Own Salad at lunch and you can choose spinach as your base and add your choice of toppings.

Thank you so much for these suggestions -- all good ones!

I've heard a lot of great reviews re Green Lettuce downtown - looks like they have spinach salad on the menu

Tablefields (at Magnolia Park) has a dedicated spinach salad

Firebirds (Magnolia Park) has a dedicated spinach salad entree - this is a great restaurant (it's a chain)

Babziki (Magnolia Park) offers spinach salad entrees

Barley's downtown has a spinach salad entree

I really like Jason's Deli (even though it's a chain) - you can get spinach and put whatever toppings you want onto the greens (the Greenville location was renovated in the past year)

The menu at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar in Magnolia Park Town Center on Woodruff Road includes a Create Your Own Salad. You can start with spinach (or lettuce) and choose from a selection of toppings such as cheeses, fruits, nuts, proteins, dressings...

Mellow Mushroom has a spinach salad, and I love their Esperanza dressing.

ENLIGHTENED SPINACH SALAD
Fresh spinach topped with dried cherries, apples, homemade candied pecans and feta cheese.

Photogal, I have a wonderful dressing I make to use on my spinach salads that I make at home if you have any interest. I don't do much cooking but this is one of those (rare) things people actually ask me to make.

I think nowadays, many restaurants have spinach salads. I know even Jason's Deli has spinach on their salad bar.

What I am looking for is a good old-fashioned spinach salad -- you know the kind with the hard-boiled eggs, bacon, etc. and that yummy dressing that makes them so good.

By all means, Eldemila, I would LOVE to have the recipe for your wonderful dressing! Thanks for offering.
