I want to see Washington Square court some of these retailers who are currently waiting on MPTC. I know it might be a stretch, but having a handful of national retailers downtown in the retail spaces that will front Main and Washington would be HUGE for our downtown.

Well I guess you can't blame them that's great news for Haywood Mall, but hopefully other retailers won't begin to pull out of MPTC as well.

Sorry for asking if this has already been mentioned on here several times...is there still hope that a Trader Joe's will come to Greenville?

The crickets chirp...birds sing...bees buzz...and Magnolia Park will get built in the year 2035.

Its disappointing isn't it? The economy is getting better so I think they will build it soon. As busy as Woodruff Rd. is you would think they wouldn't be worried about making money. It probably has to do with not being able to obtain financing.

It's got nothing to do with making money or financing. They need tenants first. The tenants they want aren't expanding right now.

I believe this is the point at which someone involved with the project can chime in with some helpful information.
