Wow, thanks! Are REI and Borders definitely gonna be there? If so, I'm way excited! I love REI.

Here is the official website for this development.
That plan you posted may be outdated since it shows Gulfside Development Company, Inc., as the developer when in fact Magnolia Park Town Center is now under development by Menin of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I thought the plans had changed at least a little since they purchased the property from Gulfside.

It will start construction in early 2008; most likely around March. The current site plan can be found here: http://www.theshoppingcentergroup.co...s/pf000630.pdf REI will be part of the center along with Apple and Cheesecake Factory when complete in late 2009. There will be one hotel that will have 375 rooms along with office, residential, and retail space that will total over 1 million square feet. It will be the most upscale shopping center in South Carolina.

>>>>It will be the most upscale shopping center in South Carolina.<<<<
on a road that comes to a grinding halt several times a day due to overload. Worst place in the world for shopping. In 5 years it will be done.
