Apartments that rent month to month or short contracts (Greenville: extended stay, lease)

Can anyone help me find an apartment that rents without a lease or maybe even a 3 month lease? Furnished would be a plus, but not necessary. Trying to find one in the Greer area or closer to Spartanburg. Thanks!

Did you try Craigslist? There maybe one there but also they may have a house or mobile home month to month.

A lot of apartments locally have furnished places, but be prepared it is very expensive.

Also, what about an extended stay hotel like Value Place or In Towne Suites? They typically have weekly rates around $200-$250 week which includes everything.

We had a six month lease at the Bristol in Greenville. We met a couple while there that was on a four month lease.

There are a number of property management companies in the area. This is what I used when I moved here.

They maintain a large number of different types of properties with different lease options and should be able to come up with what you need.
