Closest space next to Lowes Foods now has sign "madiboutique" above door. Door was propped open and workers inside.

I've notice land grading at what was designated as outparcel 2 at Riverside Crossing. This is the portion of land closest to the intersection of Hammet Bridge and Suber. Anyone have any idea what might be going in there?

Default Lowe's Foods #263, Riverside Crossing, 850 East Suber Road, Greer, South Carolina 29650-2525

I wonder if Lowe's Foods #263 could be in the process of adding a fuel center on an outparcel.

Framing up for construction on outparcel #2 at Riverside Crossing appears to be too large for a fuel center for Lowes Food. Anyone have any info on what might be going there?

I believe it's an small strip mall space for 2-4 tenants. I don't know if the space is leased yet.

Maybe - but further framing completion on building appears to have only one main entrance. Ill try to look more closely next time I go by there.

A bank?? It looked to me to have some type of turnaround curbing being poured for like a drive thru ATM when I was over there a month ago. Just a guess.

Stopped by Lowes Food this afternoon - the word from them is that the new construction at Riverside Crossing will be a Biscuit Head breakfast restaurant to expand their locations from the present one on Church St. in Greenville.

Noticed land clearing operation at Riverside Crossing yesterday. The outparcel closest to the High School has been cleared. Any news on what might be going in there? Maybe the Biscuit Head that I was told about last June by Lowes staff??
