And that might include the Michael's as well. That makes a whole lot more sense to me than they're going to raze the entire site.
The Petsmart that is there.. Remember that's the old chinese restaurant.. Which, there's probably a joke in there, but.. It wouldn't surprise me for that place to go.
Yes. What was the name? Was it a Great Wall at one time?
It is interesting that the Kohl's store is getting old and they haven't spent any money remodeling that store like the one on Woodruff Rd. It still looks the same as when it opened. I wonder if Kohl's may decide to relocate to a newer format store somewhere eventually like at Martin Farms. I remember reading somewhere a while back they still had room for a future dept. store type anchor.

It was a Dragon Den. Used to be a number of those throughout Greenville. Not sure if the one in Greer is associated/branched off from them or not, but that's the only one I can find left.

Not sure where they would put it at Martins Farms. Maybe close.
Useless info! Doesn't say anything about Ingles demoing anything.
Ingle's Markets has been active tearing down and building new Ingle's stores on company-owned sites in recent years. The practice is expanding to South Carolina.
In the future, Ingle's #41 will have a replacement store at Fairview Station. How soon is determined by Ingle's Markets.
Ingles more than likely will have to either buy out existing leases, or wait until they expire. This wont happen anytime soon.
