Its going to be a Goodwill on N Pleasantburg. Sign is up. Goodwill under construction in TR as well across the street from Walmart behind Walgreens. Goodwill is another retailer who locates near Walmart. Guess they figure folks will drop off their junk on the way to buy more at Walmart.

Noticed an available sign on the former Kevin Whitaker property today. Is the proposed Cherrydale Walmart dead? Apparently this was announced in 2013? Wow. Good Riddance if they have changed their mind! Bring on something we don't have on this side of town.
