Looking at the full report I did not see any pedestrian bridges mentioned but lots in there so could have easily missed. Swamp Rabbit Trail to be extended from S Pleasantburg Dr. / Cleveland St. to Mauldin Rd. which will complete the trail between Lake Conestee and Traveler's Rest. Says exact route is still in planning though.

Yes there are a lot of items in there.

Some items appear to have been started in 2014 too that are mentioned and continued to be funded.

Full reports:
Financial Publications | Greenville, SC - Official Website

Edit: Note, at the time of this posting the Proposed '15-'16 budget was listed on the site above.

aahh...I see now. Looking around it appears the proposed FY 2015-2016 Greenville SC County budget was released to the public at a June 2, 2015 hearing but only provided overall numbers...not details on specific projects yet:
http://www.greenvillecounty.org/Coun...dget%20Ord.pdf

I'm assuming the full details will be released within the month or may already be out there somewhere (not sure of their full budget schedule)...website still shows the 2014-2015 Greenville County budget information for now.
