I do have to ask one thing of the developer on this project. What were you thinking putting the stupid theater on the water. You put your restaurants on the water so you can charge double for the freaking plot of land and rental. Everybody knows anything placed on waterfront can be more money in your pocket.

I guess the theater walls will be see-through.

Hartwell Village is in an unincorporated area of Oconee Seneca with a physical Seneca location. It is not in Clemson unless the city annexes into Oconee County.

The thread "Hartwell Village, Seneca, South Carolina" has discussed the development to an extent. NewSpring Church Clemson Campus, a multiplex movie theater, and a supermarket will be the major anchors.

Actually I think it may have to do with the Army Corps of Engineers regulations on Hartwell. If I am not mistaken, that is actually listed as Protected Land along the lake and the property will not actually develop on the lake and rather around it. I could be wrong but I am betting that's why you wont see a boardwalk type of thing there.
