Whispering Oaks in Mauldin is under construction again. This is the 2nd or 3rd builder in this small subdivision of townhouses.

Behind Kellett's Shell station on N Main. Cross tracks and turn left.

Land being cleared on Smith Hines between I-385 and Miller Rd.

Parkins Oak is a new street next to Parkins Glen, it may not be on Google or Satnav yet.

I noticed a new subdivision on Taylors Road near Brushy Creek Road in Taylors and proposed subdivision signage for the northeast corner of Hudson Road and Post Drive in Greenville.

Surprised nobody's brought this up yet, but there's an absolutely MASSIVE one (350 homes) going off of Rocky Creek Road near West Georgia Road, in the Long Creek Plantation / Neely Farm area. Already got a lot of houses done.

The land is being cleared and there is a subdivision going up on the corner of Bridges Road and Bethel Road :

I am not sure what is being built behind Graceland East cemetery at HWY 14 and Woodruff Road. A lot of land was cleared. Anybody have the details?

Did a little digging around and found that the subdivision being built beside Graceland East on Woodruff (between the cemetery and the large Catholic church) is called Brookhaven and will have 83 lots:
