Looks like it's going to be small for a typical QT. I bet it's going to be tough getting around in that parking lot, maybe hard to find an open pump during peak hours.

Most QuikTrip stores have at least eight kiosks, or 16 pumps.

Finding a pump will be difficult. QuikTrip usually have the lowest prices, and will attract the most business. Gas stations along Pelham Road have consistently higher prices. Prices should decline in this retail market.

This will be a good spot for one in that the intersection already has a traffic light system in place.

Getting into QuikTrip #1119 will not be a problem. Getting out will be a problem if you are making left turns onto Boiling Springs Road and Pelham Road. I would fuel up, then take Old Boiling Springs Road back to Pelham Road if I need to go that direction.

QuikTrip Corporation recently closed the sale to acquire the site for store 1119.

QT's aggressive expansion in the Upstate has to be making Stewart Spinx nervous.

Spinx and other competitors are having to lower their prices or close stores as a result of QuikTrip's further expansion in South Carolina. An observation is fewer cars at a gas station with separate cash and credit pricing compared to a QuikTrip with same prices for all methods payment.

Gas prices in the Pelham Road/Interstate 85 trade area will be lower and affordable in time.

Separate cash and credit prices have hurt gas station operators. Like loyalty card programs at other stores, cash and credit pricing programs can be expensive to initiate and maintain.
