Laurens Village is a planned urban village for the northeast corner of Laurens Road and Airport Road. The site, approximately ten acres, was previously occupied by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles.
Site plan for Laurens Village:
Early plans envision 300 apartments, known as the Enclave at Laurens Village, available as studio, one, or two bedroom apartments in several four-level buildings. Other uses include 17,000 square feet of office space, 13,000 square feet of office space, and 8,000 square feet for a restaurant. Street level parking and a parking garage would be parking options.
