Renting in Simpsonville (properties, road, close to)

Renting in Simpsonville; any suggestions on good complexes to look at, or bad ones to avoid?
Thinking of Spring Creek Apts; was told to avoid Fairview rd or Richardson St properties. Any imput would be gratefully appreciated.

Bridgeway on Richardson is good. Smaller complex but it's in a very quiet area. No problems at all. They are also refurbing most units as they turn.

Jasmine Cove is fairly new. It is on Harrison Bridge Road, very close to 385.
