The land is being cleared behind Moe's bar in Taylors. Maybe apartments or a subdivision?

I believe clearing and utility work for an apartment complex was started there before the recession 6-7 years ago. It had grown back over. Probably picked up finally by another developer.

I know it's been cleared but I noticed they have tractors on site now.

S&K Builders owns the site of 19.613 acres. I would say a single family house community is planned. As the site is adjacent to Mountain Creek, I wonder if the proposed development is not in a flood zone.

If I have the address correct it looks like flood zone is barely on the edge of the property but in the lower middle does indeed come up! Maps spliced together from FEMA website.

Hah, it's SK. They don't care about flood zones. Their goal is to build out the fastest and cheapest homes with no regard to quality and customer service...

(lived in an SK home for 10+ years..will never do it again).
